Guaranteed rent is actually pretty simple. When you sign up for a contract we, at LTA Direct, effectively become your tenant. That means we are liable for your monthly rental payments.

We then sublet your property out to a tenant, and we keep the rental income that they pay us. This means even if the tenant misses their rent payment, you’ll still receive the agreed amount from us.
